It says that it gives out a 3 volt output, but in reality it is only good enough to power a LED. I needed a solar cell to power a small motor, but instead I got something that was only able to power a LED. Furthermore, this power to the LED is not even bright. The light is barely visible. I would discourage anyone in buying this product, unless you want to spend $10+ in just powering a simple LED. I would rate this item a zero, if I had to.
