Was able to sew around the edge to cover with fabric and then insert into a fabric pocket. Immediately noticed smoother, grain-free presentation with a touch of warmth. Will try between speakers and stands next to replace blu-tack. I buy the sheet and cut out shoe inserts to match the pressure points (forefoot) where I need it. Works great! I just replaced my first set of homemade custom inserts after at least two years (3000 miles) of running. So the stuff is really durable. I'm so glad I found these sheets.
