I put them on when watching TV or folding laundry, and slide around and do no-impact aerobics. I work up a sweat and develop my leg muscles while having a blast. They're slippery, so make sure anything kids could bonk their heads on are covered up or removed before you let them loose. They are a bit large for preschool-aged feet, but my 4 year old still managed to use them OK. Mostly when I pulled her, since her weight didn't build up enough momentum to slide them much by herself.  -  Saturday, May 30, 2009 Don't slide very well Reviewed By: Mike (Mansons Landing , B.C.) My brother and I got some of these but were disappointed. The advertisement made us think that they had some new technology for being super slippery but, they didn't actually slide very well and you couldn't "skate" like ice skating because there was nothing keeping them from sliding sideways as well as forwards.
