The carbonated Jell-O was really fizzy. My favorite is Welch's grape juice. My friend tried MILK but I wouldn't try it. I didn't get it right the first time. At first I was afraid that what I carbonated would taste like vinager or baking soda, but it doesn't. I think its a better science fair project then baking soda volcanoes. It is an activity and a treat at the same time (although it can also be nutritious, don't tell the kids!). We like to pass the soda bottle around and let everyone have a turn shaking it up. Fun for the whole family.
