Heavy-duty, all-metal Alnico magnets are ideal for school demonstrations and industrial applications. Each comes with a metal keeper and has a hole drilled through the top so that they may be attached to a cord or handle.
The “lift” figure shown can be obtained (or exceeded) on a mild steel smooth test block at least Z\v" thick. -70 is capable of lifting up to 5 pounds. -72 is capable of lifting up to 15 pounds. Made in England.
