The GSR2 is particulary 'handy' - the pun is intended. It is designed to 'FIT the relaxed hand", a strap flips over to ensure it stays in place. It automatically turns on, and you dial in a low tone. Stress makes the tone raise in pitch, and relaxation can lower the tone down, even off. When you relax through a couple of tone ranges, you feel relaxed, and energized. And there are a dozen programs, that Clinicians have written, such as: Stress Control; Sleep Well, Breathing for Health, and Mind Over Muscle, to name a few which are available from www.mindgrowth.com ; They even have a PC program that connects to the GSR2, and lets you graph your relaxation, and control animations.
