Careful - gets super hot!

This is a great lens for a science project or to use to simply demonstrate the power of the sun. It comes with easy instructions to build a frame (a sixth grader can do it). But do be careful. Under full daylight noon time Sun, the temperature at the focal point can reach 1000 degrees F. A very fun project.

No frame!!!

There is no frame with this lens. They show a picture of the lens in a frame but in another section it says "frame not included." This kind of lens is not worth it without a frame!
