Vectron Blackhawk

The Vectron Blackhawk is a remote control UFO that hovers, dives and climbs with great ease.

4 years in development, it uses the latest US Air Force technology.

The surrounding ring features an LED display into which you can program up to 4 separate 30 character messages. These can be changed while the Blackhawk is flying. Additional green LEDs run along the top and bottom of the ring.

The UFO is tethered by a command line that sends the power and commands to the Blackhawk, eliminating the need for batteries.

The command line can also be threaded through the docking station to your specified length which prevents the UFO from flying off out of control, so you can fly it safely even in the smallest of spaces!

A training feature steps in to prevent crash damage making learning to fly the Blackhawk a piece of cake. Also features a Turbo mode that makes the controls more sensitive and an Autopilot mode that controls the Blackhawk sans hands.

Approximate diameter 14" - the Vectron Blackhawk UFO plugs into mains power via an AC adaptor. No batteries are required.

For ages 10+.

Amazing Flying Toy!
Reviewed By: Jeff (Londonderry, NH)
I had this toy for myself for awhile and had a blast with it. Once I learned how to fly it, after some practice, it seemed to open up all sorts of doors for it. You actually have to "Fly" this machine. You have total control over ever flight control! You can hover, go up, down, left right, make delicate landings. There is no recharging with this either. The teather is also the AC power supply, and the cord is plenty long enought for indoor flight. And if you want to go outdoors, all you need is the battery packs, and then you are free to walk around with the think and fly. It's a blast! A conversation starter! I think people are turned off by it, using it, because you actually have to learn to fly it, before you can take off and do things with it. This is NOT an instant gratification toy. But once you do learn how it works, it has a lot of payback. I'm 37, and I don't see this as a kids toy at all. For the mature one's...Sure. But for kids that want to be able to rip open the box and use it? Forget it. Not going to happen. I made the mistake by letting my newphews use it for a while, I got it back, and it did not work anymore. It's rugged, but not build for constant abuse. It will fail if treated poor. I just ordered one more, and this time, IT"S ALL MINE! By the way, CATS LOVE IT!

Vectron's a hit
Reviewed By: NYCBobby (New York, NY)
I bought this "toy" a few years ago and think it's one of the most ingenious flying machines ever made. And the strobing messages alone are worth the price. As other reviewers have said, this device takes an investment in learning how to fly it. It will take a special sort of young kid who can appreciate it and treat it well enough to use it. It may be my own poor skills as a pilot or perhaps there is something a little wrong with my Vectron but I have never develped the flying skills shown in some videos I've viewed. I'm sending it to a friend now so he can enjoy it and let me know if he can master it. But it is so cool. I recommend it highly.
