TERRIBLE!

This CD i s suppose to be able to put a person in a mediative state. This has some of the most irraiting noises I have ever heard!! The only imagery I had was seeing somebody bounce a ping-pong ball, which is what the background noise sounds like.

It Really Works!

I had hopes but low expectations and was quickly amazed at what happened the first time I listened. I suffered from chronic insomnia. I didn't even make it all the way through the 25 minutes before I fell deeply asleep. I woke up hours later and since then have used Astral Sounds only once in a while for sleep because the problem seemed to disappear after the first listen! Needless to say I am absolutely blown away by this miracle CD!

I have listened to this on cassette many years ago. I decided to look for it on CD (I want the file for my ipod). I found it. There are no reviews? I am fixing that... Get with the program people this is worth the experience. You will need to listen several times to get the full effects. IT IS VERY AMAZING!!!!!! Buy it and you too, will post a positive review.
