High Power Magnets - Neodymium
(Select Quantity Below)

|
Material: Neodymium Lift (lb): 12-15 Magnetized: Sides Dimensions: 1.26" x 0.66" x 0.39"
The smaller Neodymium magnet offers the power characteristic of rare-earth. Because of their strength, these magnets may be used for anything from high quality speakers to high power DC motors.
Neodymium rare earth magnets are the strongest permanent magnets. These neodymium magnets are manufactured to N42 grade or better, giving the best trade-off of strength vs price for both educational & industrial applications. North & south poles are through the flat surfaces. Other axes of magnetization are available on special order.
Neodymium rare earth magnets are the strongest magnets by weight and have multiple uses in science, engineering, industry, magic and more. These magnets have a maximum operating temp. of 80C & a Curie temp. of 310C; tolerance +/-0.05mm.
Although these magnets are not marked north/south, it is very easy to determine. Simply buy an inexpensive compass and point it at the top or bottom of the magnet. The North pole of the compass will point to the North pole of the magnet.
Warning
Can damage computer gear & credit cards.
Handle with care. 2 magnets can snap together with enough force to break a finger or shatter on impact.
