Nic-Out Works ...Sort Of

I bought Nic-Out to try and slowly ween myself off of ciggs. The plastic tips easily fit onto my ciggarettes filter, however inhaling smoke is somewhat difficult once the filters are on. The filter collects nasty brown tar and nicotine, that one can clearly see. It grosses you out for sure and makes you want to quit smoking. However remembering to place the filter on the cigarette all of the time is hard to do, and seeing how the pack is so flimsy and poorly made, leaving the nic-out pack in your bag or purse is annoying and makes a mess.
They work to an extent, but do not expect miracles. They will not help you quit, they just eliminate some of the bad gunk that goes into your lungs.

Good for about 10 of my light cigaretttes per filter. The cigarettes burn faster, but a lot of the crap is removed by these little gizmos. Just trying to kill myself slower, and this will help! Some in the packs needed reassembling .
