Great Learning Tool!

My nephew loved this kit! He enjoyed building the engine, reading articles online about how jet engines work and comparing his model to the articles to see what really happens. He was delighted that the articles applied almost exactly to what he had in front of him. Very educational, very fun activity for a curious future gear-head kid.

Annoying

First time we got it, parts were missing. We called up and got a replacement. Now with all the parts, I realize that this is a totally worthless kit. The parts are made so cheaply that they do not fit together. The electrics are unshielded and tend to come apart with trivial movement. The instructions have you put it together in a way that is very susceptible to failure.
All in all, I found this kit uneducational and frustrating.

The wires easily came apart due to cheap materials. Instructions are too general and confusing. Junk!
