Attractive but there is a problem

During a storm, the water does not run into the cup. I checked that the plaque is level against the wall and filled to the proper level. I need to return it since I'm tired of having colored water drip on the floor.

A super weatherglass

I received this weather glass as a replacement of an order not in stock. I am delighted with the substitute. It is well made and very handsome. I have never seen a better looking weatherglass.
