Jeweled bearings, moving coil movements, hardened pivots, and strong permanent magnets are attractive features of this rugged voltmeter.
Equipped with a plastic housing with sloping front, it is magnetically shielded. All terminals are color coded to indicate polarity, and silver coated for less contact resistance. Accurate to «M,8[plus or minus]»1% of full scale and transparent to allow demonstration of the mechanism.
