Track Your ScientificsOnline.com Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive your order's tracking number via email as soon as it becomes available. Tracking results should start to appear after the shipping carrier picks up the package from our warehouse.

There are several ways you can track your package:

  1. Input your tracking number in the proper carrier's tracking form below.
  2. Copy your tracking number, and track it on the carrier's website.

When you first receive your tracking number, it can take up to 1 business day before you get tracking results. If you are still unable to track your package, please contact Customer Service.

How Long Should It Take My Order to Arrive?

ScientificsOnline.com strives to get your order out the same day you place it (as long as the order is placed before 3p EST). Shipping times vary by carrier, and typically take between 3-5 business days to go from our warehouse in Tonawanda, NY to your home.

The maps below are a general estimate given by FedEx and UPS as a guideline for the length of time your order will be in transit. Simply locate the general vicinity of your city on the appropriate map (FedEx or UPS) to get an estimate of shipping times.
