Soda Bottle Rocket Heavy Duty Launching Platform

Newtonian Physics + Summer + Plastic Soda Bottle = BLAST OFF!

Launch a soda bottle up to 100 feet in the air with this heavy duty launching platform. Using a bicycle pump (that you provide), pressurize a 2 liter plastic soda bottle using water as liquid fuel. Then, using the corded release mechanism, remotely launch your rocket into the sky!

Includes Bottle Rocket Launching Platform, 4 ‘L’ shaped stakes, bottle adapter ring and complete instructions. You must supply 2-liter soda bottle, bicycle pump, safety goggles, liquid soap and water. For ages 14+. Adult supervision required.

This outdoor demonstration includes an explanation of the science involved and offers insight on how to experiment with rocket performance.
