Making snow is easy! Simply mix snow and water as follows:

• 1 tsp of snow with 4 oz of water 
• 2 tsp of snow with 8 oz of water 
• 3 tsp of snow with 12 oz of water 

Further fluff up your snow and expand it with a spoon!
